They didn't use to hate each other, as a matter of fact, they used to be friends. Until Pac was to meet Biggie some where and Pac was ambushed and shot 5 times, and Pac believed that Biggie tryed to kill him. So every since then they start making diss tracks on each other, not only that but the whole East and West Coast start hating each other.
2Pac and Biggie first met in the early 90's before Biggie, or the Notorious B.I.G. had even put out an album. 2Pac had already done some albums (2Pacalypse Now, Strictly for my N.I.G.G.A.Z, Thug Life: Volume I) when Biggie first got started. 2Pac "schooled" Biggie on the "rap game" since 2Pac already had knowledge of how the industry works. The two became close friends during this time. In November, 1994, at a studio where 2Pac was supposed to be recording music, 2Pac was assaulted and robbed by two men who nearly killed him by shooting him. 2Pac was on his way to record a song at the studio, and Biggie and his friends, like Lil' Cease, also happened to be there. Once Biggie and his friends heard the commotion in the lower levels of the studio, one of them, Lil Cease?, went to check what happened, and apparently 2Pac had been shot. They brought him up and called for an ambulance. 2Pac felt that the fact that Biggie happened to be at the same studio was no coincidence, and felt that Biggie may have had knowledge that the robbery would take place before it happened and did not tell him or warn him. 2Pac felt that Biggie was partially responsible. After 2Pac was shot, he also had to appear in court to face sexual assault charges. He was convicted and sentenced to 1 1/2 to 4 1/2 years in prison. During his time in prison, apparently Biggie, who was supposed to be 2Pac's friend never bothered to visit him or thank 2Pac for any of the advice he gave him either. Biggie was enjoying the success of his album (Ready to Die) and 2Pac felt that to do that, without giving any type of respect or shout out or any tribute for all his help was disrespectful. Biggie owed 2Pac more than that. As soon as 2Pac was released, in large part due to Suge Knight, he made it an objective of his to retaliate against those who had wronged him or disrespected him. That was primarily Biggie, who might have had something to do wit 2Pac's shooting, and who never visited him, except for once to his father, Billy Graham, in the hospital, and for not giving 2Pac any credit for any of his help or advice.
Tupac had believed that biggie set him up to get busted at.
Tupac was supposed to meet biggie but Tupac got shot 5 times and Tupac thought it was an ambush so that's when there was a west coast and east coast fight.
tupac had thought that the song who shot ya by biggie was a diss because it was dropped soon after he was shot and biggie was a suspect in pacs mind so then he wrote the song hit em up
Tupac was a West-Coast side of the East-Coast West-Coast rivalry and Biggie was on the East-Coast side.
That has never been proofed, and, in case you didn't know, Tupac died before Biggie did.
Yeah he did when they both was alive
2pac could not have possibaly have anything to do with the murder of biggie smalls himself beacuse of the fact that he died before biggie smalls died. 2pac died in September 13th, 1996 aged 26, and biggie died march the 9th, 1997 aged 24.

No. However, they were really good friends until 2pac got shot 5 times in a new york recording studio where Allegedly, Biggie smalls was recording and 2pac thought he had been set up by biggie as he was going to meet him and congratulate him of his success on the night.

because it was east side against westside tupac and biggie were east side and dr dre and everyone were west side and they just couldn't stand the competition obviously dr dre had nothing to do with it only big must of known who actually shot him
there are e few but the most popular and in my opinion the best is juicy
No, he was neutral but his boss Suge Knight was a Blood and the Death Row Record's entourage was mostly Bloodz so if 2Pac hung around gang members they were Bloodz.
