To chastise viewers for attending to the material instead of the spiritual
You don't actually paint them, Rerun does at his face painting stall.
You go to background and make a background with your username on it using a program such as "Paint" for PC's.
tape off a rectangle on the curb and paint the background color with a brush, then cut out the numbers from a piece of cardboard or stiff paper, lay the paper in place and spray paint it over the background. . .
Open up MS Paint. (Start> run> type "mspaint") Click the purple box in paint, click the paint bucket, left click the white background, save it on the desk top, (File>save as) close paint, right click the background, click properties, click desktop, click browse, and then select the Ms Paint file that you closed.
It is a nontoxic background white pigment.
There is no other way but just use the eraser to rub of the background you don't want, that's the only way. Another Answer: It is possible I would've thought. Obviously, it cannot be done within MS Paint but if you really want a white background you can use an Image editor such as Photoshop or GIMP to change it. Save your image in Paint, and open it in an image editor use the lasso tool in Photoshop or Scissor tool in GIMP and go around the picture and that erases the background. Save it and reopen it in MS Paint and the background should be white.
You can do this by creating your own background on Microsoft Paint or any other graphics program.
go to layout, then click on color (it has a picture of a paint bucket) and click on a color to change your background
Any flat paint (even enamel) will provide plenty of tooth for acrylics. As long as the mural is not going in a high traffic area (where it will be touched often and eventually need cleaning) it should be fine.

I work for Sherwin Williams paints and from what I understand it is our paints that paint The White House. The paint is a special mix. Everyone who comes in contact with the paint has to go through a background check.
Just Open the sprite with MS paint Copy the sprite and paste it in another paint clear file And you are d0ne ;)
