I'm sorry if I don't answer this right, but in refferal to A, the reason alison does this is because she doesn't want the secret out. (She kills courtney earlier in the season) and courtney has told the liars all about her secret and practically destroys ali's life, getting revenge she kills courtney and then starts texting the liars but has a few minion-type high school kids helping her (mona&jenna). The overall reason is because she is afraid that if the liars tell something might happen.....
