Alison wants to kill the girls because Courtney (her twin sister) ends up switching places with Ali (by taking her A is for Ali ring) and Ali ends up goin to a Mental Hospital. So Alison tells the girls at the end of wanted that she was so upset about her sister takin over her life and choosin a bunch of nobodys as friends that she decided to kill Courtney and everyone else.

∙ 11y agoAlison believes that if Aria, Spencer, Hanna, and Emily hadn't shown up, she might've had her life instead of it being taken away by her crazy twin sister, Courtney. So from the beginning she's out to get them.
She already got back at Courtney ( or as everyone knows her as Ali ) by killing her,
so stalking them is how she plans to get back at them!
