As of the fourth Percy Jackson book (Percy Jackson and the Olympians, Book Four: Battle of the Labyrinth), Annabeth has not joined Artemis' Hunters. However, Thalia did. In the book, it says that Annabeth considered joining, but didn't.

She considered it, but then she decided not too. It has been rumored that she stayed for Percy, and it has also been rumored that she refused to join because of the small chance that Luke would turn good.
The real reason for her refusing is unknown.
