Answer

Anne Boleyn, the second wife of King Henry VIII of England, was tried, convicted and executed by beheading.

The crimes of which she was convicted were Treason, Witchcraft and Incest.

Most historians believe that she was completely innocent and that the charges were brought by her enemies at court and those who wished to gain favour with King Henry by enabling him to marry again.

because King Henry VIII wanted a divorce from her so he would be free to marry once again, and Anne was not able to produce him a male heir, thus King Henry VIII had false charges raised up againts her with the help of some of his close people at his court, while in court all evidence was to be looked over and put aside by the kings orders, and everyone that was ecused of being with Anne were tortured until they were forced to lie and say that they did sleep with Anne when indeed they did not, and when was just about to be executed the King was already planning his marriage to Jane Seymore, and he also went out hunting just before she was executed that day.

The death of Katherine of Aragon in January 1536 meant that Anne should have been no longer contested as Queen. However, she "miscarried of her saviour" (a baby boy, around 3 1/2 months gestation according to Eustace Chapuys, the Imperial Ambassador at the time) on the same day that Katherine of Aragon was buried at Peterborough Cathedral. She blamed it on a fall Henry had from his horse the week before, and also that it pained her so much to see that he loved another (i.e. Jane Seymour).

Anne had failed in her most important task - to provide Henry with a male heir. Just over three months later Anne was arrested on trumped up charges of adultery, incest and treason. Four months later she was dead. Anne was accused of sexual relations with her brother, George, a musician, Mark Smeaton, and several courtiers - William Brereton, Francis Weston and Henry Norris. It was rumoured that Smeaton had been tortured into giving a confession which also implicated the others. Thomas Wyatt, and another courtier, Richard Page, were also arrested but never charged or tried.

Anne, her brother, and the four others were all tried and found guilty and sentenced to death. The men died on 15th May 1536. Anne on the 19th May 1536. She was the first execution to happen within the walls of the Tower of London, and she was buried with her brother in the Chapel of St Peter ad Vincula within the Tower grounds.

Just seven years later she would be joined by her cousin, Katherine Howard, Henry VIII's fifth queen, also accused of adultery and executed, along with Anne's sister-in-law, Jane Boleyn nee Parker, Lady Rochford.

I believe Anne's alleged crime was infidelity to the King, a sort of treason. In those days, it would not have mattered if the king chose to use a trumped up charge in order to rid himself of her.

She was unjustly accused of adultery, treason, and incest, but the real reason Henry wanted her dead was so that he could marry his new love/lust, Jane Seymour and have sons.
