∙ 12y agoThey left Frankfurt to get away from the Germans because the Germans wanted to kill all the jews in Germany. Hitler hated jews so he wanted to kill all of them. They went into hiding in a secret annexe in Amsterdan and in the end , the whole family were took to a german camp and they eventually passed away.
Anne Frank's family left Frankfurt in 1933 because of the rise of the Nazi party and increasing persecution of Jews in Germany. They moved to Amsterdam seeking a safer environment.
