When she and her family and friends were finally discovered, they were simply grabbed and thrown into a vehicle and from there taken to a concentration camp. No one allowed these people the luxury of taking a few things with them like a tooth brush or a change of underwear. they were treated with no compassion or respect and according to the rules of the time they simply were no more then inconvenient and illegal lumps of living meat destined to be murdered. luckily her dairy was found and preserved by a friend that was able to salvage it after the raid.
