I'd like to know that myself. It seems that when I first start the car, I really have to lean on the horn to make it sound-off. After that, it responds easily. I had the horn pad replaced once but it didn't matter. I think it's a design defect.

It is a Spanish tradition where a rampage of bulls are let out in the street and if one is brave enough, he/she can jump out into the street to try to attempt to touch the horn of a bull.
