The king cannot go against the government
Well the President generally comes up with it but it has to go through Congress and be voted on.
If they already live under a monarchy or constitutional monarchy, they don't have to do anything. In the US, they do without; it is not likely that a move toward establishing a US monarchy would go very far. In most cases in history, countries have move away from and not toward monarchies to handle governmental needs.

you can use the word constitution when you talk about different governments. For example, when you go to the United Kingdom, they have something called the Constitutional Monarchy.

They believed that they had divine right over the country and that the Parliament should be in power. They were Puritans and hated the hierarchy of the COE religion which the king was the head of meaning they hated the king. they did not want to abolish the monarchy meaning one ruler because they did not want a republic country they just wanted to replace the king in power and make him constitutional king.;
Brazil is a presidential federal republic not a monarchy.
