The World would be a boring and monotonous place if everyone was the same. If, for instance, everyone was a football player. Who would grown our food? Who would prepare our food? Who would teach our children? Who would run the stores and utilities? The World needs a variety of people and personalities to make society work properly.

Different religions have different opinions about the one God. Note, also, that not all religions actually believe in one single god.
People want to worship in different ways; they have different beliefs.
Sikhs belive that all religions are different pathways to the same god, even thought there are different teachers that helped wiht this. What i mean by teachers is, Muslims would call their teahcers the "Prophets". But in this case the Sikhs would call their teachers "Gurus".
People were not born the same way or God made it like that. It has more to do with genetics and genes than god.

Genesis 5 The bible does refer to different nations and their chronicles however in the book of...1 Chronicles chapter 1. also in Genesis 10. again God didn't make different races in the bible.
