She tries to run away through a tunnel and the tunnel collapses, ending up to killing her. She was a good, loyal warrior who wanted to follow the warrior code every moment of her life. Then she found out that her existence was against the warrior code... she was half-clan... and she went berserk. On the other hand, she killed Ashfur to keep her mother's secret quiet, and she ran away from her clan. So if you're a huge Ashfur fan, then you probably should hate Hollyleaf.
