Yet Jesus had died within twelve hours of being placed on the cross.
There is no suggestion that Jesus was sickly or weak, but this ought to be the only reason for his surprisingly rapid death. Otherwise, a sceptic could imagine that in the gospels Jesus died so quickly because the story required him to be dead by a certain time.

Jesus is God's son. Jesus was Sent to earth for 1 purpose to die on the cross for our sins. God gave Jesus a choice to die for us and Jesus choSe to die on the cross for me and you because He loves us so so much!
