Because Paris is closely related to the Prince and he is a "County", which is to say, a Count. He is a nobleman. The Capulets, on the other hand, are nouveau riche bourgeois types. They are wealthy enough, they "have the chinks", but do not have the social status or political power that nobility would give them.
Although you may have seen Capulet called "Lord Capulet" he is not a Lord and you will not find him called so in any reputable edition of the play. Actually "Lady Capulet" is not so called in any of the original texts of the play either; she is "Capulet's Wife" or "Juliet's Mother", and at the beginning of the lines "Wife", "Old La.", "Lady" and "Mo" somewhat indiscriminately.
Paris
Both of Juliet's parents want her to marry Paris.
Paris
Juliet's Parents wanted her to marry Paris not Romeo. Her parents wanted her to marry Paris because Paris and his parents both aren't against Juliet's culture and Romeo was with the other culture. I believe it was there culture but not 100% sure.
They want her to marry Paris.
Yes Juliet Moms want Juliet to marry With Juliet
Juliet's father did not know about Juliet's marriage to Romeo until after her death. He was insisting on her getting married to Paris, not knowing that she was already married. And Juliet didn't want to tell him why she didn't want to marry Paris, which made him even more insistent.
Paris asks Juliet's father for permission to marry Juliet. Romeo asked Juliet instead. (Actually she offered before he asked)
i want to meet rayray and i hope he is mine futer husband
Yes, Aphrodite had made her fall in love with Paris - Helen, having been made infatuated by Aphrodite, was all too willing to forget her husband Menelaus and go off with Paris.
Just like you would do with non-Albanians.
Anyone but Romeo one would presume, but in fact the Capulets have their eyes on a rich young man called Paris who is related to the Prince, and who they really want to marry Juliet.
