In February 1979. The band (including Keith and Donna) made a unanimous decision that the Godchauxs should leave the band at a meeting that took place shortly after the band's difficult mid-Winter tour. They were replaced by Brent Mydland, who played keyboards (Keith's former job) and sang high harmony (Donna's former job).
