Beacaue he's greedy for more money
Michael Baisden and Cumulus Media Networks were unable to come to an agreement on Michael's contract renewal.
In March 2005, America Right talker Michael Savage stated that satellite radio should be censored by the Federal Communications Commission. Savage claimed that his lawyers were working on getting him off of both satellite services because he didn't want to be associated with the type of talk presented by hosts who frequently use obscene language. His show, "The Savage Nation" left the XM and Sirius lineups the following week.
I can't find him on any here in the burg but write or call to wpgb and kindly ask for him to be brought back. things have been going down hill since he's off the air here and we really want him back.
None. The new owners of 770 KisKOB AM, Cumulus Broadcasting did not agree with Savage's opinions and intend to keep him off the air in New Mexico. His show was taken off the air the week before Christmas and replaced with a shortened time delayed version of the Mark Levin show. Cumulus owns the Levin show. Strangely the Levin show, all threehours, will continue to be brodcast on KKOB's sister station 1050 KTBL AM. Your only option in New Mexico is to listen on the internet. Thanks Cumulus.
