Paul had a positive attitude about the future because he believed on the Lord Jesus Christ. All Christians have that attitude because we are promised eternal life after we die here on earth. We have such a bright future because Jesus died and was resurrected just for us and to anyone who will accept Him as Savior. The alternative is an eternity in the Lake of Fire. See Revelation 20:11-15. Is your name written in the Book of Life?
