Yes, Lincoln green in fact. The reason for this is explained in the novel Ivanhoe by Sir Walter Scott: they found a cache of goods hidden by Isaac the Jew, all that was in it was bolts of fabric of Lincoln green.

To be rigorous however Robin wore Scarlet, only his men wore green.

Robin Hood wen to live in the Sherwood forest because he was accused of killing one of the King's deer (which was against the law) and when Guy Gisborne came to punish him (by taking Robin's land, which he had envied for a long time, and chopping off his right hand) Guy had some of his men open fire on Robin's men, so /robin fired back and killed the man who killed Robin's man. So he wanted to go to the Sherwood forest for freedom, for it was no-man's land. And he declared war on Abbot Hugo and Guy Gisborne. (From Robin Hood and his Merry Men.)
