This cant be answered. Who invented Judism or Christianity or Paganism etc...

Although Anton LaVey is generally credited for being the founder of Modern Satanism, and forming the first official Church of Satan. Modern Satanism holds no ties to the Christian or Jewish Dogmas. It generally rejects the idea of serving anything other than yourself.

Satanism/Luciferianism has been around for a very long time, though you wouldn't be able to recognize it because Satan would masqurade as many different important characters, for example Zeus in greek mythology, Osiris in Egyptian Quetzalcoatl in mayan mythology, etc. However when Satanism was recognizes as a religion starts off with the order of the trapizord founded by Anton Lavey in the early 1960s, which later became the governing body of the church of satan, which was created in April of 1966 by Anton Szandor Lavey would was the Church's highpriest until his death in 1997.

And a little interesting tidbit for desert, Marylin Manson was actually a memember of the church of satan and was actually given an honorary priesthood by Anton Levay.
