Assuming you get the document online, cite in text the author last name, if available, or web site name and year; example: The Declaration of independence (as cited in Storm, 2009) states....... In references, cite as follows: Storm, Z. (2009, January 10). The Declaration of Independence. Retrieved July 13, 2009, from http://ezinearticles.com/?The-Declaration-of-Independence&id=1842737
Yes , The Declaration of Sentiments was based on the constitution. it was written by women's rights leaders and followed the same format as the declaration. But it was changed to show how women were treated unfairly , instead of originally showing how Britain was treating America unfairly. It also changed the line " We hold these truths to be self-evident that all men are created equal" to "We hold these truths to be self-evident that all men and women are created equal". So yes the document was based of the constitution and was an important document in the fight for women's rights.
It depends, the format of the source is not what makes it primary or secondary, it is the nature of the source itself. Whether is is in a book, on a respectable website, in a magazine, in a journal, or on a bit of paper has no bearing. What matters is who wrote it and when. Regardless of location, the Declaration of Independence is a primary source, as are many diarys. If you read the Magna Carta online, it is still a primary source. But always take extreme caution with internet souces, because you have much less assurance that they have not altered the original document.
A digital format is a format system that uses the digits 1 and 0 as codewords to interpret data received and data to be sent eg. a digital clock, computer signals.

A manifesto is a written statement declaring the beliefs, motives, and intentions of a group or individual. It typically outlines a set of principles, goals, and values that guide their actions or serve as a call to action for others to join their cause. Manifestos can vary in length and format but often embody a passionate and persuasive tone to inspire change or provoke thought.
You could wrap the contents of table into a div. Applying actions on that div will do the work.
Data independence is lacking in file systems because they often store data in a format that is tightly coupled with the applications that use it. This means that changing the structure or format of the data requires modifications to the applications, leading to a lack of flexibility and interoperability. In contrast, databases offer better data independence by separating the physical storage of data from the logical representation, allowing for easier modifications without impacting applications.

In my opinion the biggest myth is that it was adopted and signed by the delegates it on July 4, 1776. Jefferson's draft was changed first by John Adams and Benjamin Franklin, then presented to the Congress, which made further changes. On July 4, 1776 the delegates were done with changes and they had an acceptable format for the declaration. John Hancock and Charles Thomson, Secretary of Congress, were the sole signers that day. Single page copies were printed for distribution again with only Hancock and Thomson's names on it. On July 19, Congres ordered the Declaration be engrossed (made into a larger document) on parchment and signed by all delegates. Most delegates signed it on August 2, 1776. The othe myth is that there is a map on the back. There is not.
