She decided she wanted to write her first book, Twilight, after she had a dream about a strikingly beautiful vampire boy [Edward] and a normal-looking human girl [Bella]. The couple were sitting in a meadow, talking about their love for each other and other important things. So she got out of bed and started writing, with no intentions on publishing her book. Only after her sister encouraged her to get it published did she consider other people reading her work.
