The fact that Anne Boleyn had 6 fingers is an historically debatable question. Anne;s appearance has been twisted by those who wish to denounce her. I went on a tour of the Tower of London, conducted by one of the "beefeaters" who work there. We were told that Anne Boleyn's remains were identified when excavation was done in the chapel on the premises -- they were able to identify her because she had six fingers on one hand. I believe he said it was her left hand.

It is unknown if it is true, though it is believed that Anne Boleyn had six fingers on her left hand.
No. Anne Boleyn was said to have had six fingers, but that's not true.
One of the odd things that was claimed about Anne Boleyn was that she had six fingers on her hands. Investigation into her skeleton revealed that it was not true.

Anne Boleyn has 6 fingers on her left hand and 5 on right hand
Anne Boleyn reportedly had six fingers on her right hand. This is known to be a fiction, since anyone with six fingers would have been harrassed and avoided by society in those times, and the fact that it was first written by a Roman Catholic in an anti-Anglican publication almost fifty years after her death.

11 Fingers of Anne Boleyn
She had six fingers.
I believe you are thinking of Anne Boleyn, who was supposed to have six fingers. It was said that Anne Boleyn (c1501-07 to 1536) had moles or warts on her neck, and her enemies accused her of having six fingers on one hand. She did not have six fingers, but an abnormality on one of her fingers. However, these facts were used against her when she was accused of witchcraft (as well as adultery and incest). She was unable to provide Henry VIII with a male heir, having given birth to a daughter only (who later became Elizabeth I). Once Henry had tired of Anne (his second wife), the trumped up charges were brought in order to get her condemned. She was found guilty and executed on 19 May 1536.
