the three-branch of goverment created for the purpose that did not allow one persona to have too much control and support the country for the differents laws of constitution
To handle different responsibilities
It's a form of government check and balances. The legislature is mandated by the constitution to have an oversight on executive departments. Plus, heads of executive departments need to testify before Congress to depend their annual budget. Otherwise, lawmakers will appropriate funding that is less than what the heads wanted for their respective departments.
Congress is not an example of the executive branch. Congress is the legislative branch, in place to make and pass laws, while the executive branch includes the President and the bureaucracy he oversees.

Nope. Think of the congress as the presitdent's parents. He has to ask permission before do does anything really. And he has to get aproval from his 'parents'.

In theory, you can keep the 'power' of the Executive Branch in control by overriding his 'Veto" with a vote of the Congress in such numbers that it represents "the vast preponderance of public opinion." I think its over 2/3rds.
somebody correct me if I'm wrong (haven't studied since 7th grade) but i think there are three departments of gov in the US, that try to maintain equal power over each other through checks and balances. the executive, judicial, and house of reps?
The cabinet of the president of the United States is not specifically mentioned in the Constitution. However, allowances were made for the creation of the Executive Branch which is lead by the president.
