Why is it bad to shine a laser pointer in a kiss concert?

Because, when Kiss performs, they fully embrace the identity of the "characters" they assume when they put on their makeup. This includes Peter Criss, who assumes the inventory of a cat. Have you ever seen what a cat does when it sees a laser pointer? At best, Peter Criss becomes very distracted and finds it difficult to drum. At worse, he spends half the show running around the stage trying to pounce on a shiny red dot.

Why you did the open source?

After using MS Windows for several years (not an experience I particularly enjoyed) I discovered Linux and open source, and so, after a period of trial and error, I was able to get rid of MS Windows and gratefully embrace open source. I found that there are too many advantages to open source, compared with Windows, that I will name only two. (1) I no longer had to spend considerable (wasted) time in updating security software, or Windows Update (which was always a very slow process). (2) I had more control over how I wanted my Ubuntu 12.04 operating system to look and work! After trying several distributions of free open source software, I have now settled on using Ubuntu for my five computers.

How do you apply concepts to your profession life?

First you must have a sound knowledge of the concept. You must come to the realization that a concept is a thought, an idea, a notion based on - many times - practical experience. You must also remember the one concept does not fit every situation. In addition, applying a concept does not necessarily mean instant success at using it. In other words, it may not be a spontaneous event, but one that takes much practice. Thus, do not get discourages if at first you do not succeed. There will always be some ands, ifs, and buts. This is where you must develop critical thinking skills, taking everything into consideration. You must be proactive and assertive with a clear specific goal and objective particular to using the concept. For example, within organizations today, is it better to use a systems approach or linear approach to problem solving and solution finding. If you feel the systems approach concept is the best practice, then you must feel it, embrace it, and then impart it in the most appropriate way. It takes, good critical thinking skills, good communication skills, and 100% commitment to follow it through to successful outcomes.
