The science of mathematics was created by man. I believe it was Einstein who called it the 'language of God.'

Answer:

God is the "Creator." His "business" [Luke 2:49] is "creation." God "makes things."

Math is an integral part of the manufacture of something. The dimensions of a created thing is one of its first considerations. Math also demonstrates the limitations God put on man... and His own infathomable Wisdom to man's finite mind.

"Brace yourself like a man; I will question you, and you shall answer Me. 'Where were you when I laid the earth's foundation? Tell Me, if you understand. Who marked off its dimensions? Surely you know! Who stretched a measuring line across it? On what were its footings set, or who laid its cornerstone... Who shut up the sea... when I made the clouds... when I fixed limits for it... This far you may come and no farther; here is where your proud waves halt'?" (Job 38:3-11 NIV)

"...for He views the ends of the earth and sees everything under the heavens. When He established the force of the wind and measured out the waters, when He made a decree for the rain and a path for the thunderstorm, then He looked at Wisdom and appraised it; He confirmed it and tested it. And He said to man, 'The fear of the Lord--that is Wisdom, and to shun evil is Understanding.'" (Job 28:24-28 NIV)

Math is one more of God's creations that reveals Him to those with the eyes and the heart to see.

"All things were created by Him, and without Him was not any thing made that was made." (John 1:3)

Like all the rest of what God has created... man merely"discovered" the existence of the order and logic of math and developed it for his own [good and/or bad] purposes.
