welll Jews were being tortured by Hitler and the Germans

ladys clothes were being ripped and clothes being cut (raped)

With the war progressing, Hitler and the rest of the Nazi party saw it to their advantage to mis-treat the Jews and make them work for them. They did this by making the Jews do things such as make clothes for the soldiers along with food and weapons.

They did medical experiments on them such as throwing them off high places and seeing if they would survive. The result of this was to see how far a person could fall and what injurys would be sustained. Other experiments included injecting Jews with all sorts of drugs to see the reactions that could be caused and other similar things.

They were all gathered in ghettos to start with so they were easier to find and so that the Nazi's knew where they was for when they needed them to work and in the end when they needed them to kill them all. This was a major disadvantage for the Nazi party and other Germans as they were all out of the way and easy to find. They had to build railroads, concentration camps and artillery.

Then they were forced into concentration camps where they were all killed, alongside other "impurities" to Hitlers perfect country and race. These consisted of mentally disabled people, and people who were not "Aryan".

What was an aryan person? An aryan person is a person who is fully German with nothing but German blood and has both blonde hair and blue eyes. Only these people were allowed to have children. They were encouraged to get married and if they didnt they would have to go and live in what was like a hostel where and aryan man would have to come along and impregnate them. This helped to continue Hitlers perfect country.

Why did life change for Jewish people in 1940?

It depends on what part of the world you are talking about, but there was no significant change associated with the year 1940 for Jewish people, other than the fact that the Jews of Europe were being exterminated by the Nazis. But the Holocaust did not begin in 1940, nor did it change in 1940. ___ If one is looking for major events for Jews in 1940, one could mention the establishment of the Warsaw Ghetto and the Lodz Ghetto in Poland by the Nazis. Ghettoization had begun on a small scale in October/November 1939 and continued into 1941, but these were the biggest two ghettos set up by the Nazis. In 1939 Hitler attacked poland and began ww2. Hitler also went on to build concentration camps for the jews and exterminate them up to 1945 when the war ended. Jewish property was seized or destroyed. 6 million jewish men, women, and children were murdered.
