I'm guessing you mean "What is the secret recipe Notch mentioned in the interview?", and the answer is "Nobody knows." That's why it's still a secret. He did say that it was pretty simple and not really worth more than 5 minutes looking for, though, so don't sweat it.
He didn't really aim to create it. Notch started out programming games and computers in his childhood. He started minecraft as one of his practice games and it took off from there. When he started it though, it wasnt meant to become a full, blown-out game that would sell a million copies.
