Mrs. Joe was hit over the head by Orlick's hammer (everybody called it an "accident" until it was revealed that Orlick hit her) during chapter 13. She died in chapter 35. Mrs. Joe's death was Orlick's revenge on Pip for getting in his way. He then frames Pip for Mrs. Joe's death. In chapter 53, Orlick captures and tries to kill Pip.
Orlick worked for Miss Havisham at Satis house because Joe said he didn`t need him anymore and so he needed another job. Another reason could be that he wanted to kill Pip
Orlick kills Mrs. Joe because he is consumed by jealousy and resentment towards her, believing that she mistreated him and favored other characters over him. He is also influenced by his malicious nature and desire for revenge.
Joe is attacked by Orlick with a shovel at the Three Jolly Bargemen pub. Orlick resents Joe for being kind and just towards him, which leads to this violent confrontation.
Pip tells Miss Havisham about Orlick's threatening behavior towards him and others, causing Miss Havisham to dismiss Orlick from his position as her doorman.
Because Pip apparently ruined everything for Orlich. He apparently "ruined" his chance with Biddy (he had no chance), and he told Mr. Jaggers about Orlich's old ways, getting him fired from service at Miss Havisham's. I think Orlich liked Estella, so getting fired took him away from her company.
