the main reason for this "nickname"was due to the rough rode and the jolting experience people used to get while pushing/pulling crts or driving carriages. the roads were not smooth, rather had gaps in the stone-made roads.

Horses were ridden or pulled wagons in which passangers rode. Trains carried people over long distances. People werent fat and they walked places.
In the olden days there were no banks so people used to keep their money under their heads
people use old cars ,also we are in carriages while horses ride us to different places .People use tricycles to ride around town. some homes are two storeys but are narrow.people can get very poor. the phones are different you have to spin around this wheel to call people.
