Many third world nations unfortunately did not gothrough the stabilising process that the established industrial nations went through, this includes the development of appointing its leaders and its method s of leader ship. many of what we refer to as the third world country's were colony's of the major industrial powers of today and were simply striped of their wealth while in that position. they were given their independence without any reasonable preparation. many of them have become the victims of the predatory policy's of military powers that require their minerals or strategic position in the world. To do this they are constantly kept teetering on the brink of war through the supply of weapons to gangs of thugs that do as they are told by the supplying nations.
It was difficult for them to get a party in place. Those who were in charge were either corrupt or had a lot of work to get things organized.
