Possibly some other group used the medieval-sounding title. There are very real dramatic Knights at the Medieval times restaurants, and it is more probable some musical group may have had the title. also what of Sir Paul Mcartney- who was Knighted by Queen Elizabeth some years ago ( do not confuse with the MBE British Empire award presented to the entire group in l966- which they later returned.
The legendary King Arthur and his knights, known as the Knights of the Round Table, guarded over the court of Camelot.

Richard
Richard Bachman's real name is Stephen King. It was a pen name used by the author to publish some of his early works.
King Richard I received the name, "Richard the Lionheart", because he had a reputation of being a valiant and competent military leader, and for being courageous and having generosity.
King Richard I of England was known as Richard the Lionheart.
King's best known pseudonym is Richard Bachman (used from 1977 to 1985), he did publish "The Fifth Quarter" in Cavalier Magazine using the name John Swithen in 1972. King's notes on this story, which is compiled in Nightmares And Dreamscapes, start with the statement "Bachman again" making it clear that the only pen name he considers legitimate is Richard Bachman.
When he cannot spell Richard.
