The Greek cities in mainland Greece were interfering in the Persian Empire. Persia decided that the only way to stop this was to take over the cities and appoint tyrants to keep them quiet. Some of the cities agreed, but the southern cities resisted so Persia invaded. The Persians lost several battles and eventually gave up after 50 years and left the Greek cities to get back to their warfare amongst each other.
Persia did NOT fight in World War 1.
Is this a question about civil war in Persia.

Persian War.
they went to war with Greece
Which Persian War? There were ancient Persian Wars (Persia doesn't exist anymore by the way), Iran used to be called Persia. Which Persian War concerns your question.
Persia hasn’t existed for several thousand of years. The Greeks went to war with Persia not the United States. The United States didn’t even exist when Persia existed.
Persia
he started the war with them in 334B.C and i checked
No. Persia was wholly irrelevant to the US Civil War and the Confederacy's War effort. During that period, Persia (under the Qajjars) was worried about losing more and more territory to British and Russian Expansionism and Imperialism.
Nothing. Iran used to be called Persia until after World War 1.
