To get some Ottoman Empire's soil. They took east of Anatolia with help of Caucasian militia, especially Armenian militias. But after the Tsar taken down and Communism ruled the Russia, they stopped the war, and gave back the soil they invaded from Ottoman Empire. But not all of them, which is Armenia and some other countries found on those soils. Also they helped Ottomans with lots of weapon and ammo supply against "imperfect Triple Entente" after Bolshevik Revolution.
