It could also refer to people who are wandering in Sumer who play the card game called Animal Herders. Animal Herders is a card game for kids that is similar to Pokemon but much more simple. Ziggurats were important in ancient sumer because that was where the city's chief god lived, at least it was said. Only the priests could enter the ziggurat. It was also important because it was the center of Sumerian life. Sumerians gathered around it in the courts for social or religious events. To respect the gods, they would make clay statues of themselves and have them put in the ziggurat so they would not have to be literally praying there all the time.
