In this era of globalization, no country can escape from the repercussions of world economy. Thus when there is any political upheavelment in USA which affects their own economy, India is similarly affected. Her export to USA (who is the largest trading partner of India) gets a severe jolt,thereby have adverse effect on balance of payment position. On the contrary, her import from USA is in the same way hampered.
