Blowout of a Spark Plug

I'm not sure I know what you mean by "blowout." IF you mean the plug actually blew out of the engine head, then I'm only aware of two possible causes:

  • The plug was not fully screwed into the opening in the head.
  • The plug was improperly installed, and resulted in all of the threads either in the head, or on the plug, were totally "stripped-out."
