I think the hostilie Indians killed father Serra because they where tired of him owning all the missions that he did and they did not want him to own any more than he already did

I know he helped kill thousands of Native Americans with the mission system he set up. How he felt about that we can not know. I can guess and say that he thought he was right because he was converting them. I don't consider him peaceful for those reasons.
