Hitler received a lot of popular support by revealing and quite possibly creating (like the Reichstag fire) the underlying problems in the Wiemer republic's system of government.
There were many contributing factors causing anti-allied feeling which Hitler capatilized upon such as the overly harsh Treaty of Versailles imposed upon Germany after WW1 (which forced Germany to pay reparations plus the costs incurred by the Allies during the war) causing high taxation rates, the fact that the currency was in hyper inflation and potentially worthless and the fact that Poland had been given German soil as a reward from WW1 so that they could have access to the sea.
Yes, 90% of the German population showed unflinching support for Hitler.
Hitler was a great speaker and was a genius and most of all he wanted what everyone wanted, not the complete extermination of Jews but the fact that, the Germans were treated like trash by outsiders that didn't belong to the country also, in WWI Jewish people sold out Germany being spies and snitches and after the war treating the German people like they are nothing.
Group Hysterical fear, some actually believe in him. Hitler was well spoken and charismatic. He was able to get support in the beginning because of his political lectures throughout Germany. Later did he resort to violence.
No the majority were afraid
Hitler won support in Germany because he used extreme nationalism to bind the country together after a crushing defeat in World War I.
If the majority of Germans had been openly opposed to Hitler, his Nazi party might not have received the largest vote by the German people in the 1933 elections.
Most people in the Sudetenland did not support Nazi Germany's annexation of the region; they simply were not consulted. The minority who did were primarily ethnic Germans who saw the annexation as a further union of German states to Germany. This is the same reason why the majority of Austrians supported Anschluss in 1938.
Hitler had a significant following in Germany during his rise to power in the 1930s. The Nazi Party gained considerable support, with millions of Germans joining the party or supporting its ideals. However, it is important to note that not all Germans were supporters of Hitler and the Nazi regime.

When you say Europe, I'm suspecting your talking just about Germany. Hitler became pretty much the dictator of Germany due to Germany's bad economy and other problems it had after World War I. Hitler, with his great speeches, managed to gain large amounts of support and he soon enough he got the National Socialist Party, or the Nazis, into power. As such he quickly turned Germany into a military juggernaut and turned Germany around. Because of these things Hitler ended up being the Fuhrer or dictator of Germany with large amounts of support.
