If the fuse is good, then see if there's a reset button on the head unit - give that a try. If that doesn't work, then you remove the head unit and check to see if there's power going through the harness. If there is, then the head unit's probably shot. If there isn't, then you'll need to trace the wiring to find the fault in the circuit.
