As the name applied, Operation Restore Hope was intended to help the starving people of Somalia. The assistance program went out of control when the people became disorganized and violence erupted. When US Forces began to receive attacks from the population, it was time to end the program and leave.
Because US more wepans or modern weapens always gives ethiopian force ,, then the ethoipian force they kill somali civilian , that is why ,, US people is nice but US force not good ,,
The US mission in Somalia wasn't affiliated with the food relief mission - that was the jurisdiction of the United Nations. US troops did participate in the UN mission, but Task Force Ranger was there on separate authority, and was not part of the relief mission.
