Theories such as the Big Bang suggest that the universe began with a rapid expansion of energy and matter. It's believed that particles collided and formed stars, galaxies, and eventually planets, including Earth. The exact reason for the universe's existence remains a topic of scientific inquiry and philosophical debate.

"The world" relates to this planet, which was a small drop of molten chemicals that cooled down and was caught in the gravitational pull of a lager drop, after 'the big bang'.

Religious fanatics will howl at this but they do not realise the physical dimension is an illusion and the creation relates to that which generates this illusion.

: We will hopefully learn a lot more in 2019 to 2020 when NASA launches L.I.S.A Laser Interferometer Space Antenna ;

: It is meant to gather a record of our very beginning. : The total mission duration will consist of five to eight years. Once in orbit, LISA's observations will help to better understand the fundamental physical laws of the Universe, as well as how it began. : From this we may be able to go further and make a more positive conclusion on religious writings.

The history of the formation of Earth is literally the longest unfinished story ever told, dating back to the origin of the universe, and who knows what before that. But starting at about 4.6 billion years ago, material had accreted from orbit around the newly formed Sun, and after an intense bombardment of extraterrestrial debris (and even a collision with a Mars sized planet), the planet cooled, the number of life forms exploded in the Cambrian Era, and after a number of extinction events leading the way, human life appeared. And here we are!

It began about 13.8 billion years ago, with all matter concentrated in a very small spot, with tremendous density and temperature. From there, it expanded in a sort of huge explosion, commonly known as the Big Bang.
