Why it is important to type in correct email address?

If you chat with an agent then he/she can tell you what is wrong with your account and why it was canceled. A few days ago I chatted with an agent and he founf out what was wrong with my account. Just talk to the agent and have him or her sort out was is wrong with the account and then have them remove your email, billing information (creditcard info), and you address and set up a whole new account. It Means That Something Is Wrong With Your Account.. You maybe put the wrong zip code.. If your using your email address .. you maybe put the wrong country in or zip code, as well... Basicly, your account was blocked but if it was blocked by mistake, It soon will work again.
