An ITouch/IPhone is pretty much a mini macbook touch so they probably will make a bigger one and call it the macbook touch and then turn it into a series like a itouch or iphone.
The MacBook Air was probably slightly below the MacBook. As of 2012 they no longer make a MacBook as the Air took it's place. It's a moot point now I guess.
A MacBook stand allows one to prop up the MacBook which will help the device from overheating. It also allows one to see the screen more easily. One doesn't have to buy one; one can make a MacBook stand from cardboard if one chooses to.

I do not believe so, I have an 11" Macbook Air and tried to make Applications, iPhone Apps, and Games. None of them worked for me, probably cause I have 10.8.2 instead of 10.7.5
