Legend of Zelda Skyward Sword has no official release date, but is set to be released in the 2010 to early 2011 area.
Nintendo of America has currently scheduled the release date to be on November 20, 2011.
All of the known release dates it's had aren't the release date anymore. Now, it doesn't have a release date
Around august
No one knows for sure, but it was supposed to be released sometime in spring 2011 I think.
It's coming out at the gamestop in my town on 3/1/11
Currently, Nintendo has not given a specific date for The Legend of Zelda: Skyward Sword yet. Though, they did state that it would come out Holiday 2011 (most-likely between November & December).
Nintendo keeps pushing back the release date, but they have announced that the game is in its final stages. Though they have not named a specific date for Skyward Sword's release, they have stated that it will be sometime after the release of Ocarina of Time for 3DS which was released on June 16 (Japan) and June 19 (US).
I don't know the exact date, but it's supposed to come out in 2 1/2 months in April 2011. I'M SO EXCITED.
November 17, 2011 :)
It precedes all The Legend of Zelda titles to date, with the possible exception of The Minish Cap, there is some confusion there, but other than that anomaly, Skyward Sword is the first game in chronological order. You'll find out, if you actually play it, that in this game Link quests to forge the master sword with three fire's of the goddesses and Zelda decides to live on the surface instead of the sky, effectively establishing the kingdom of Hyrule as we know it in many of the Zelda games.
First, The Sword of Hanalea is not the name of the fourth and final book in the Seven Realms series, being replaced with The Crimson Crown. It will be going on sale in fall of 2012. The expected release date is October 23, 2012. This means DLC copies will most likely be released sometime May-July.
