Um, there are points in the anime when they bump in to each other and Hinata blushes. There are points in which naruto does a certain thing when Hinata is around and he blushes. I do not recall them every touching 'bums, caressing ta-ta's, or anything inappropirate. But, chances are, they have fallen on top of each other. They have problem been in situations where they were put in akward positions and may or may not imply inappropriate things. But, with you question, i'd think you mean have they touched each other inappropiraitely on purpose. So, no.
