Because of melanin blacks have.
It was assumed by some whites, and still is sometimes, that to be black means to be "colored" in. This implies that to be white is the norm and to deviate from that norm, one would have to have their skin darkened from a "natural", "pure", and/or "beginning" state, which was thought to be white skin by some.
However, that is certainly not the case.
will first if the white man see that the colored is giving him bad looks than the white man would call the cops or he go and hurt the colored because the white had the right to hurt the colored
Answer: I can only answer this question for myself, and other black people I have come across with in my life. I find that being called "coloured" is a very old fashioned way of referring to black people.Answer: Very many blacks do not like to be called colored because of the implications it gives. To say someone is colored makes it sound like they were not always black and that to be black is something that deviates from the "normal", starting tint (being white). That is to say, they were somewhere along the line, "colored" in, or that if they were normal, their skin wouldn't be darkened how it is.Undoubtedly, white people would call it an offensive term to call them, "uncolored", so it's definitely not understandable why anyone would assume blacks wouldn't mind being call colored.
no they can be black brown and white or tan as some people call them

If you are mixed with white and black you are no longer white your skin is not fully white anymore and your hair isn't like white peoples hair any more but it might have that texture
If you're white then you'd call a black person African or African-American. If you're black then you'd call a white person a white person.

That is how they distinguish people in spain. They use this to classify the color of the skin literally. They call the fairer skinned spanish people white, where as they call the darker skinned people black. Its not like in America when we use these words to classify race.
