"The Shawshank Redemption" isn't actually a book.The movie is derived from the novella Rita Hayworth and Shawshank Redemption by Stephen King.This novella didn't win any awards.The film adaptation was nominated for seven Academy Awards and two Golden Globes but didn't win any.
