Some fuses/circuit breakers blown? Some cables not connected?
If you are not talking literally about cutting a socket and are referring about the sockets circuit, then all that needs to happen is, a switch needs to be cut into the circuit.

all electric furnaces use a sequencer
Any dry material that is an insulator is normally a poor conductor of electricity and that is the reason, if it is used in the right way, it can help to stop you from getting an electric shock. By itself rubber doesn't stop you from getting a shock or from being electrocuted. Just having some rubber in your pocket or having some rubber somewhere in the room with you will not stop you from killing yourself if you touch a high voltage wire. That is not a joke. Kids and adults have killed themselves because they did not really know what they were doing. Electric power is really dangerous and should never ever be played with.Dry rubber is normally a good insulator so wearing dry rubber gloves and dry rubber-soled shoes can help to protect you if you have to work with electric power but any experienced electrician will tell you this: Because electricity is so dangerous you must go to school to learn how to work safely with electricity - and pass the necessary exams - before you try to fix anything that plugs into receptacles or sockets in your home, in your school or anywhere else.
An electric motor uses electrical energy to produce mechanical energy. The reverse process, that of using mechanical energy to produce electrical energy, is accomplished by a generator or dynamo. Traction motors used on locomotives and some electric and hybrid automobiles often perform both tasks if the vehicle is equipped with dynamic brakes. Electric motors are found in household appliances such as fans, refrigerators, washing machines, pool pumps, floor vacuums, and fan-forced ovens. They are also found in many other devices such as computer equipment, in its disk drives, printers, and fans; and in some sound and video playing and recording equipment as DVD/CD players and recorders, tape players and recorders, and record players. Electric motors are also found in several kinds of toys such as some kinds of vehicles and robotic toys.An electric motor converts electrical energy into mechanical energy. Most electric motors operate through interacting magnetic field and current carrying conductors to generate force but a few use electrostatic forces.
Wrenches and sockets all come in multiple sizes. Which you have depends on the kind of work you do. Most craftsmen have a full set of metric wrenches and sockets and a full set of SAE wrenches and sockets. Most get by with 3/8 drive sockets, but many have 1/2 sockets as well.

Your answer depends on who owns the sockets. If the sockets are available in a common-area, open garage area, and the association pays for the electricity, they may be able to limit your use. If the sockets are in your attached garage and you pay the electricity, the association may not be able to limit your use. If you are charging an electric vehicle, the consumption of electricity can be much greater than average. It is reasonable that the association would limit your access to this utility, given that charging a car could be considered excessive, and the utility is paid by all owners. You may be able to work with your association to establish a charging station in an open garage area, where you alone can be made responsible for the expense.
it depends on the type of guitar you got bass or electric, any amp will work for electric guitar but not all amps work with electric bass.
You need an adapter to plug your plug into, which will then plug into the sockets in Europe. Be aware that the sockets in Britain and Ireland are different to the sockets in much of the rest of Europe, so you need to know where you are going. All airports sell the adapters, as do many large shops, so you can get advice on which to buy there.
When setting up a room where children may be present, you must consider safety. Make sure to cover all electric sockets with socket covers. Store all small objects (which may be choking hazards) and cleaning chemicals in a locked drawer and/or out of reach of children. Safety is very important in a childcare setting.
no one knows we are all dumb, exept for us
A universal plug.
when you use an air conditioning unit set it to power save. It'll run til the room temperature is cool enough then shut off so its not running for a long period of time and running up your electric bill, then when the room is warmer again it'll turn back on to cool it off again. I use it all the time and i've noticed a big change in my electric bill.
Metric 6 point sockets are the most commonly used sockets today. American made vehicle used to only have standard bolt, but today they are being replaced by metric bolts like all other manufacturers.

It depends on the size of the room, and what there is inside the room generating heat. Electric lights ? Space heater ? Refrigerator ? TV set ? Warm bodies ?
