What do you mean? The SAT is like $50, and that covers the cost of distributing, proctoring, scoring, and sending your scores to up to four colleges of your choice. They charge $10.50 per college just to send a score, so the test itself is effectively only about $5.
If you mean the AP tests, those are less than $90; by comparison with the cost of a course plus textbooks, you're getting off extremely cheap.
