Why do Hindu Gods have animals?

Hindu believe in respect to all life forms and the Hindu god always have animal as the symbol as they believe that every animal have a unique quality as loin is known to be bravery and power, rat for its notorious nature, pecocock for its dance and beauty, swam for its colour i.e. white which is colour of purity, snake for the destroyer as it punish the bad and evil

Hindu god are also shown with flowers which also have specific meanings
